Today I will continue with my series on “constitutional solutions” by breaking down some themes from each individual article of the Constitution that can help solve constitutional problems today. Unlike the prior two, however, I will base the general themes discussed here around a specific example: an article by the Manhattan Institute’s Andy Smarick titled Why SCOTUS Should Uphold a Law I Dislike.
